Every year, the collision industry hires upwards of 15,000 entry level collision professionals. The industry is currently experiencing a serious shortage of well-trained, quality employees. We're committed to helping talented men and women to cover the costs of approved state-of-the-art collision training grant programs.
We also provide grants to entry and intermediate level collision professional who possess the necessary skill set to advance further in their career and achieve Gold and Platinum recognition by I-Car.
Working with our inter-industry partners, repair shops, education facilities, manufacturers, insurers, suppliers, and other supporting businesses and organizations, Carroll Cars Foundation helps students and entry/intermediate level collision professionals become qualified and more attractive to prospective employers.
Currently there are many jobs outsourced and automated. Jobs in the collision industry are imperative as these experienced technicians save lives and help keep our roads safe by returning safe properly repaired vehicles to the road.
